Here's How To Get Your Bookmarks Out Of Twitter And Actually Use Them
Make the most of the stuff you save for later
Hi there 👋 I'm Michelle and welcome to Edition 73 of Design Insight. A weekly newsletter for creatives with a focus on design.
✨ Enjoying Design Insight? Please share it with a friend.
This week we're changing it up! I'm experimenting with a more concise version of Design Insight so I'm going to try out some different formats. This week we're going with: 2 articles, 2 tools/resources, and 1 design tip.
Let me know if you enjoy this format or if you'd like to see something different (or if you preferred it the way it was, that's totally OK too).
Let's get started.

Here's How To Get Your Bookmarks Out Of Twitter And Actually Use Them
The article in 3 ideas:
Bookmarks are hard to manage on Twitter. You can't sort, group, organize, or filter your bookmarks in any way.
The solution to this is to get your bookmarks out of Twitter and into a system you can group, sort, organize, and filter.
Categorize the content you want to save, create Notion DBs for each category, and save content into each DB using a Notion clipper.
Availability bias: the tendency to use information that easily comes to mind
The article in 3 ideas:
Availability bias - where you tend to make judgments based on your previous experiences.
For example, if you’re looking for a movie to watch, you may favor a specific movie because a friend just recently recommended it to you.
How to manage availability bias: practice brainstorming, consider ideas that challenge your initial idea, and practice self-reflection.
