To make something simple, make it predictable

The article in 3 ideas:

1. Predictability is the key to simplicity. If I turn on a light switch, I know the light will turn on. Every time I perform that action I get the same result which makes the light switch simple to use.

2. If a product doesn’t behave how you expect it to, this creates a sense of confusion or even frustration.

3. Predictability gives users a sense of control so it’s important to consider this when creating, designing, building.

I Cracked The Creator Content Funnel To Sell My Products On Auto-Pilot

1. Profile clicks should be the top metrics you look at when analyzing content. If you can get someone to your profile, the funnel kicks into action.

2. Optimize your profile for follows & email sign-ups. Building an email list should be high priority as these are the people that will buy your products.

3. Send a weekly email to your followers. Show up consistently and share what you’re selling/working on.

UI Design Tip ✨ Placeholder text within a form field makes it difficult to remember what information belongs in a field when they start typing. It is also inaccessible for users with visual impairments. If the field has to be minimal, make the placeholder adaptive.
